Special Tape (Cord) Guide

Zig-zag swing stitch length can be set on the Operation Panel from 6 to 16mm (in units of 1mm) for optimal conditions. This offers you increased embroidery expression with a greater variety of applicable materials from thin to thick.

Tajima’s special Tape Guides can be easily changed according to the type of material to be used.

Nipple Stroke Adjustment <PAT>

Scale Up / Down, Rotate

Nipple stroke can be adjusted on the Operation Panel up to 11mm (stepless) according to the applied materials. Also, the lower dead point can be set at any desired height (max. 3mm).

You can scale your designs down to 50% or up tp 200% in increments of 1%, and rotate in 1-degree increments.

Automatic Repeat

Zig-zag Swing patterns can be automatically generated using a running stitch, making it easier to prepare stitch data.

A design can be automatically repeated up to 99 times both vertically and horizontallly.

Frame Back / Forward

Similar to the automatic color change accomplished by presetting for the multi-color standard embroidery head, switching between the lock-stitch chenille head and the multi-color standard embroidery head can be done automatically by presetting.This function is automatically linked with the M-axis, nipple, and take-up lever clutch drive to simplify elaborate mixed embroidery, which has conventionally been very time-consuming.

Frame Back / Forward is available in units of stitches, color change or designated stitch count.

Origin Return

The frame can be either manually or automatically returned to the design starting point (while the machine is stopped), even if the end point is different from the starting point.
